1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for watches purchased from Watch Collection under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage must be communicated prior via email.
• If you receive a watch which is not what you ordered or different from the watch you ordered due to a warehouse processing error.

2. Exclusions from Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

In case the customer faces any issue with the functionality of the watch, the customer must return the watch back to us at their expense, to an international warehouse address that will be provided.

• Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If approved, you will be eligible for either a refund or a replacement shipment, depending on availability.
